Luxury Deer Valley East Retreat with Stunning Lake Views - 1.5 miles from slopes

This professionally appointed 4-bedroom/4-bath townhome boasts stunning views of the Jordanelle Reservoir from all three floors. It's a short 3-min drive to Deer Valley East and the Jordanelle Gondola as well as the Jordanelle State Park Marina and a 15-min drive to Park City Resort and Main Street. Enjoy an endless array of outdoor activities in the summer and world-class ski resorts in the winter. Soak in the outdoor jacuzzi tub after a long day or in one of the two indoor jetted tubs. Making meals is a breeze with this gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with culinary tools including an air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker, Keurig Duo with coffee grinder, and a gas stove/oven with griddle. The two master bedrooms on separate floors make this a perfect getaway for two families or extended families. Bedding begins with super soft stretch sheets by Purple and an option of Purple Harmony pillows or down alternative pillows for those who like a softer pillow. As an added bonus, the family can spread out in the media room and watch movies, play games, and make popcorn. The media room now includes a Murphy cabinet bed which can sleep 2 people. The laundry room makes it easy to do the midweek loads. Park in the spacious 2-car garage where you can store all your sports gear. We truly hope you enjoy this mountain retreat!

A new boot dryer has been installed in the garage. After a great day on powder, you can rest easy knowing your snowboard or ski boots will be heated and dried with the boot dryer that holds up to 12 pairs of boots and comes with an automatic off switch. You can also take advantage of the dryer first thing in the morning. Simply turn the dryer on as you are getting ready to head out the door to the slopes and the dryer will heat your boots so your feet are greeted with warmth just before attacking fresh powder!

Great beds, fireplaces literally everywhere, great hot tub. The entire place was thoughtfully and intentionally stocked and decorated. The location is great with amazing views and super easy access to all the amenities and small towns to explore in addition to Park City. 15 minute drive to Park City and 15 minutes to Midway. The perfect host while you are away from home. Open and frequent communication while answering every question we had before our stay. Stillwater Lakeside is an ideal location for any family with young children because of the multiple bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements and wonderful playroom.

The view from both decks was unbeatable! Kitchen accessories well stocked. Great bedding and linens. Most comfortable mattresses we've had the pleasure of sleeping on in a vacation rental! Easy access to Park City and Heber City for excellent dining and entertainment opportunities.With five adults in our party we loved the number of bathrooms! The layout of the bedrooms made them feel private and cozy for such a large space. We had a couple of movie nights during our stay in the upstairs living room. Unfortunately, the living room couch was not comfortable at all making movie night less enjoyable. I would suggest the media room instead, or maybe a new upstairs couch.For the most part, it was very clean, which we really appreciated! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen work area! Unfortunately, some vacuuming in the kitchen and entry had been missed, especially under the kitchen table, and the stairs had not been vacuumed. Overall, we really loved this space and would definitely return for another stay in the future!

We had a fantastic time! We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out together or to have some alone time. Our 5 adult children joined us for a family reunion) So much to do in the area and the proximity to the Jordanelle reservoir was great! (white water rafting, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, the Park Silly Mkt, Mirror Lake - to name some of the things we did)The house has so many amenities - any spice you could think of! Very clean and hosts were very responsive to questions about check in which was very simpleI can’t speak highly enough of this property!Thank you for a great family vacation!

Wonderful home and location

We had a great vacation in this home enjoying the area of Heber City and Park City. The home is very nice with beautiful views on every level. The kitchen is lovely and lots of room to relax and be together.

A few days with family

This is a great house. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. It is very spacious. Having a master bedroom and bedroom on one floor and then another master bedroom and bedroom on another floor was perfect for us as we were staying with my sister and her family. They could stay on one floor with their kid and we could stay on our floor with our kid.We really appreciate how well stocked the house was with soap, towels, lotions, cleaning supplies, and cooking supplies. In particular, I really appreciated that the owners of this house don’t throw out all of the spices and non-perishable condiments that people presumably leave behind in the house. So the house has a full set of spices, oil, vinegar, and the like. It also has a wonderful tea selection in a cute box, which we were delighted to find. Oh yeah, and there is a rice cooker and an air fryer.And we really love the artwork around the house, especially the Animal photos and artwork. The house has quite a lot of stuff in it for young kids.Also, it was great that in addition to the TV in the main room, there’s a big TV in the media room and a TV in each of the four bedrooms.

Family Ski Trip

The home was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to the Jordanelle Gondola for skiing at Deer Valley, and close to the highway so trips to Park City and Little Cottonwood Canyon were easy.

Annual getaway to PC area

We found the home well-appointed with everything we needed. Upscale appliances were in working order. The heated floor in the lower master was amazing! Water pressure in showers was excellent. The beds, pillows and bedding were wonderful. The sofa in the family room was too low for TV viewing and not super comfortable. The upper master had a non-working TV. The fireplaces were lovely. The hot tub was clean and prepared at a comfortable temperature for us. The only real issue we had was the sump-pump alarm that a went off on the morning of our 5th day. It was loud, continuous and lasted for about 5 minutes. The alarm would go off after each person's shower. We contacted the property management and they came to evaluate the situation and resolved the issue but said they would leave the closet with he sump-pump open so we could access the shut off, which was not done. Otherwise, we have an exceptional experience and would definitely stay again!

Getaway to Utah

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was well appointed and the views were amazing. We came for a BYU game and it was the perfect location: close enough to Provo, but away from the crowds. It is also close to Park City.
