During ski season, enjoy a quick 3-minute trip to the park-and-ride shuttle for free access to Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Nearby, Black Rock Mountain Resort offers dining, a bar, and a convenient Starbucks. Perfect for exploring both summer and winter attractions!
This spacious townhome spans 3124 square feet within 3 levels, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this townhome comfortably accommodates guests seeking a retreat in the mountains.
Enter through the front door or garage and ascend a flight of stairs to the 2nd/main level living area, featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings, and abundant natural light.
Living Room: The mountain contemporary decor in the living room offers a cozy retreat, complete with two sofas, a chair, and a gas fireplace. Entertainment is covered with a 50” Vizio smart TV, and a corner desk provides a workspace if needed. A bistro table with seating for up to four and back patio access with outdoor seating and a private hot tub round out the space.
Kitchen: The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts stone countertops and a center island with seating for six. GE stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer with water and ice on the door and a 5-burner gas range, make cooking a delight. A pantry is provided with additional small appliances.
Dining Area: The dining area features a hightop wood table and chairs for seating for four. Additionally, bar stools provide extra seating at the table.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: -Master Bedroom (2nd/main level): A king-sized bed beckons you to unwind and sink into a restful slumber, while oversized windows flood the room with invigorating natural light, offering glimpses of the surrounding mountain vistas. Indulge in relaxation in the en suite bathroom, featuring dual sinks, a rejuvenating jetted tub, a spacious shower, and a private water closet, providing the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

-Bedroom 4 (3rd level): A king-size bed promises restful nights of sleep. Guests of this room also enjoy access to the shared bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all.

Community Amenities: Guests can enjoy access to the Retreat at Jordanelle community clubhouse offering indoor and outdoor amenities. The clubhouse has a lounge with seating areas, a gas fireplace, a pool table and a kitchen. It also features a seasonal pool, year-round hot tub and fitness center, sports fields, and walking paths.

No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Great stay
Great stay. Very comfortable with plenty of rooms. Kitchen amenities were great. About 10 minutes drive from the ski resort and sometimes with traffic it was worse but the price was unbeatable.

House was exactly as described - very clean, comfortable, spacious. I shared with my 3 siblings and their families for a family wedding and we all fit comfortably. The basement room was perfect for our kids (ages 11, 7, 6 and 3.5) - they loved the bunk beds and the x box. We also had a few extended family members drop by for pastries one morning, and there was plenty of space for mingling. Hot tub and patio were lovely.

Beautiful home! We had a wonderful vacation. Perfect location.
This home is perfect for large families. Host has made great effort to provide home with full amenities. I appreciated all the attention to details. It is in a perfect location. We loved exploring Utah Olympic Park and Jordanelle Resevoir.

Adequate, With Room For Improvement
The measure of an above average family vacation is the amount of time spent relaxing, as opposed to time spent chasing down essential items/service. Granted, every family is different. We used an outside vendor to provide some desired items, toys for example, but frankly, we could have used more. Clearly this property was adequate, but it fell short of meeting our needs as a family with small children. We certainly could have used a broom and/or a vacuum to keep the messes to a minimum. The hot tub was marginally clean at check in and required service that made it unavailable for 24 hours in the middle of our stay - the technician advised against using it due to the chemicals used. The lighting used in the home included too many ‘cold white’ (bright) led bulbs where ‘warm white’ would have been better, in our opinion. The key card we found on a desk for the fitness center did not work, but we subsequently found a second card that did work. Simply put, although the property was adequate and perhaps more than that for some, our family would look elsewhere for a more suitable family friendly accommodation. Notably, because we had an 18-mo old in our group, a few adults spent a lot of time in the home during the week. This made it all the more important to have a rental property that was more than just a place to sleep after a long day on the ski hills. Finally, a special thank you to Rayna at the management company for her efforts in doing her best to meet our needs!
