Ski La Vie is built for a ski trip that runs on its own schedule. The house sits in the Jordanelle corridor just east of Park City, less than a mile from a Deer Valley gondola, with natural wood, stone, and clean modern lines that feel like the mountains without leaning on the usual lodge look.

The living room gathers around a grand stone fireplace, with a large flat-screen TV for slow evenings and lazy mornings. The fully equipped kitchen sits right alongside it, with enough space for the group to cook together instead of waiting their turn.

Every one of the four bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, so mornings run on time even with a full house. The primary suite has a king bed, a twin daybed, and a private balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom has a queen, the third has a king, and the fourth is a bunk room with queen bunks that tends to get claimed before the bags are even unpacked.

Downstairs, the game room is where the group lands after the lifts close. There's foosball, an arcade cabinet, a beverage counter, a big TV, and decor that's in on the fun.

Out back, the patio has seating, a grill, and a hot tub for working out the knots after a big day on the slopes, or just enjoying cool mountain evenings any time of year.

Getting to the snow is easy. Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express Gondola is less than a mile away, and the new East Village base is about five minutes by car, with the East Village Express gondola heading up to Park Peak and fresh lifts and terrain opening across the east side of the mountain. In summer, Jordanelle Reservoir is just down the road for boating, fishing, swimming, and paddling, with zip lines, ATV trails, and hiking all around. Park City's Old Town and historic Main Street are about 15 minutes away when you want dinner and a walk through town.

Parking Details:

- 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway.
- Only private passenger vehicles are permitted to park in the townhome driveways. Boats, trailers, RVs, and other recreational/non-passenger vehicles are not allowed in the driveways per HOA rules.
- Parking that blocks driveways is not allowed. Violators may be towed at their own expense.
- Street parking is prohibited from November 15 through April, and within 24 hours of snowfall or whenever there is snowfall on the roads, due to Wasatch County winter parking restrictions.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair available.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
