With stunning lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and offers ideal access to the highway with a 7 minute drive into historic Main Street in Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake City Airport.

With the Deer Valley gondola access only a 3 minute drive, Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons Resort are a 10 minute drive from the property, Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 offers 5 bedrooms sleeping 12 guests, with 3200 square feet built for family entertainment! Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!

Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 offers stunning views of mountains and lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, modern finishes, and iron railings. Luxury Viking appliances, state of the art technologies, and the architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.

The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a European glass shower and a separate tub, along with a substantial executive walk-in closet.

The top level offers an additional 3 King bedrooms! Two of the King bedrooms share a jack and jill bath and the third King suite offers an ensuite bath, work desk, and stunning views of the surrounding area!

The lower level has an additional King suite, and in the living area a Queen sleep sofa as well as two Twin pull outs for those that need additional beds. An adjacent full bath for this level offers dual vanities and a spa like bathroom retreat.

Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 74 is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure; skiing at all three world class resorts, hiking, biking, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer!

The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

Perfect Spot!

Perfect location for our annual summer bike trip. Beautiful lake and close to trails. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Management company was helpful with any questions we had. Will return in winter as so close to Deer Valley gondola. Loved it and thanks for a great stay.

Great House for Extended Family Ski Vacation

Awesome house with lake and ski area views. Well-appointed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable. A minor plumbing issue was responded to quickly. This is our second year staying at this house and we will stay again if we return to Park City.

Staying at Mayflower Townhome 74 was a blast! The place is seriously nice with those killer views of the lake and mountains—it felt like a dream. The hot tub on the patio was perfect after a day of skiing, and the whole townhome had this cool modern feel. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy, especially the master suite with its huge bathroom and walk-in closet. It was so easy to get to all the resorts and downtown Park City from here, making it a top pick for our next trip!

Perfect place!!

We had an awesome time at Mayflower Townhome 74 in Park City! The views of the lake and mountains were insane, especially from the hot tub on the patio—it was our favorite spot to hang out. The place is super spacious with cool modern vibes, and the bedrooms were comfy with plenty of room for all of us. Being so close to Deer Valley's gondola and Park City Mountain Resort was a huge plus for skiing, and we loved exploring the area. Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!

This was an excellent experience for our group. Furnishings lived really well and the photos just do not do this property justice ! It is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spacious . Kitchen was well stocked also . We definitely would return .

Great house with amazing amenities!

This house had everything you could want! Plenty of space, comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to everything. One day we got home from the mountain and the hot tub wasn't heating correctly, but maintenance was very responsive and it was ready for use the next day. I would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Amazing house 3” from Deer Valley Gondola

We loved the house! Everything is new, it is comfortable, it has good architecture, nice deco and beautiful Christmas details. We used and enjoyed the jacuzzi after skiing, we played table tennis, and watched movies on the huge screens. Eventhough the house is located on a new neighborhood with no stores, restaurants or cafes, it was easy to move arround both to shoppping areas and to Deer Valley and Park City.

Great Condo!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful, and the location was great. The condo had 5 bedrooms, which was perfect for our extended family vacation. It also had a really nice hot tub and a ping pong table in a large rec room. The entire condo was especially well equipped with supplies - for the bedrooms, baths, kitchen, laundry, and even the rec room had books and toys for the kids. We were close enough to Deer Valley and Park City to make it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The Mountain West staff were very responsive when I asked a few questions by text, and they provided very clear information about check-in and check-out. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Bad property management

House was great. Location was fine. We had an issue with the hot water heater explosion. Thank goodness we were there and were able to turn off the water and clean up the water damage to 3 floors. We called the emergency number and emailed the management. We went without hot water for a day but they never compensated us in any way nor did we feel they were thankful that we were there when it happened and knew how to mitigate the damage and saved them a lot more money and damage to the property. Felt like it was terrible customer service. When we emailed the only answer we got was that it was on the accountants desk for review. 2 weeks later still no word
