“Our stay at The Cottage was everything we anticipated, replete with the outdoor natural beauty of rock, trees, lake, and deer. My daughter and I enjoyed the indoor coziness, too, perfect for wrapping up in a blanket, sipping coffee, and taking in the views through large windows lining the living spaces. We are fully refreshed!”

“Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas.”

“We loved the house, and the amount of privacy we had. The sunrise view was out of this world! House was clean and comfortable! During our stay a wreck happened and we lost power. Property manager(Michelle) responded to messages and called us with a prompt reason and timeline as to when it was coming back on. This was at 11:30pm. I highly appreciated her responding and was ready with details! Thanks!”

“Lindsey’s is awesome it’s right next to little red river and has docks to fish off of and is only minutes away from #3 trout spot on little red river and the lake at the dam.. awesome spot!!! ”

“I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!”
