“For starters, my floor was so filthy. I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. I brought this to the desk attention two times they told me oh it’s the soap we use on the floor. The room had a foul smell, which eventually went away. “The bed linens and towels were clean, and the beach view was beautiful. However, there were several cleanliness issues. The coffee table was dirty, there were urine stains inside the toilet, and there were hairs on the air conditioner near the mirror. There was no complimentary water in the room. We also wanted to order champagne, but it was unavailable. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t seem to make much effort to help us. “We enjoyed being on the bay with a nice view out to the Pacific. Not the newest motel on the coast but it was quiet, clean and comfortable. We like a firm mattress and this fit the bill, so no morning backache. Kids enjoyed the wifi (of course); we didn't turn the TV on at all, so no comments on anything like that.”

“The owner bent over backwards to make our one night stay comfortable and relaxing. The Admirals room was small and a bit difficult to navigate the hallway to the private bath for the visually handicapped but was not a problem otherwise. Breakfast was excellent. If you have a choice I'd stay in the Captains quarters, a larger room.”

“The only thing good about the property was it's view. The rooms were terrible, the carpets smelled of pee. There were bugs, the sheets and towels didn't seem to be have clean properly. The utilities are old- flickering lights, shower head of below average height, no plug points, old tv, old fridge, no air-conditioning. Keys get jammed in doors. Would never recommend this place”

“Great view, easy walk to the ocean. The cabin is very old and needs work. The shower was very warn, toilet was loose, the main window didn’t lock. Tv didn’t work, minimal kitchen items, very old microwave and hot plate. The cabin was extremely small snd bathroom was smaller yet. The host communication was extremely lacking. We wont return. It was VERY OVER PRICED!!! ”

“Gorgeous views! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you Amber, Cari, and crew! Early check in was not an option but they were happy to issue our parking pass and we were able to enjoy the beach and property until our room was ready. Parking was directly in front of the rooms making it very easy two bring stuff back and forth. They are very pet friendly and there were multiple areas nearby for our dog to relieve himself. We will be back!”
