Stayed here to rest, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It turns out the hotel was full of kids and teenage teams (basketball, hockey) as well as concert-goers. I completely understand that a hotel needs to rent rooms to everyone, but unfortunately the behavior of some groups was not managed well. ...

We asked for a non-smoking room but the room had been smoked in. The fan was broken in the bathroom and was hanging out of the ceiling. There were ants crawling all over the floor. The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work in the room. And the pool hot tub was broken and not working or open to the public.

Nice views and spacious set up for kitchen, dining and watching TV. Kitchen well stocked, but ironically no wine bottle opener (in wine country).
