“We loved staying at the Naramata courtyard suites. The rooms were very clean and cozy and well decorated, with everything you needed in the kitchen area. There was a great sitting area in the courtyard where you can sit with others for a meal or by yourself and enjoy a glass of wine! We met some great people there. We also really appreciated the easy availability of the supply room to get more towels and toiletries if needed. I actually didn’t mind that they didn’t have daily housekeeping...

“We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit hotel. Voor ons, een gezin met 2 jonge kinderen, was dit een ideale plek om een aantal nachten te verblijven. Er is een fijn zwembad buiten, onze hotelkamer had 2 losse slaapkamers met voor de kinderen 2 losse bedden, er is een handige koffiebar beneden en er waren (minder)activiteiten zoals marshmellows roosteren en live muziek. Het restaurant naast het hotel met groot terras was ook een hit. We kunnen het aanraden. ”

“Owner was so friendly and outgoing made our stay so much nicer. Always greeted us with a smile. Room was comfy and clean. My husband locked himself in bathroom so owner had to rescue him which makes for a good joke on him. Owner had the most friendly black lab we fell in love with him/her. Pool was super clean as well 10/10”

“The bathtub in the room was filthy and unusable, there was a bathmat in the tub that should not have been there, the toilet seat was not put on the toilet properly and hung off one side, beds were comfortable, room was clean otherwise, excellent front desk service.”

“High ceiling for ground level rooms. We usually prefer rooms on higher floors. However, we found the ground level room feels very comfortable due to the high celling. The hotel has both a swimming pool and a hot tub although it was not indicated to have a hot tub. Breakfast and all day coffee are great.”

“OUTSTANDING!! Stayed in one of the bungalows and am now looking into getting back there ASAP!! Everything is within walking distance and the beach is right outside your door. The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. A must stay when in Penticton!”

“On the second floor they had multiple seating areas and grilling areas so families could sit out and have private spaces as needed; there were sitting areas with cozy fires, so it was nice to relax by the fire and watch the sun go down. The foot wash station was a big hit with the kiddo for washing all the sand off the feet before going back to the room, and we also like the convenience of having extra beach towels at the desk if needed. I also liked the convenience of self checkin and checkout....

“We stayed here for a few days over the BC Day long weekend. It was crazy expensive because of that, but that was my only really complaint. Also because of this being a factor, it was super, super busy. Overall was a good stay and I’d stay again, just maybe not during a busy long weekend next time.
