Hotel a Keremeos

“Check in was easy, restaurant was great (dinner and breakfast), room was bigger than expected - about 35 min drive to Apex Mountain and maybe 5 min to Keremeos.”

“Amazing place for the value! Simple but great. The breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel, it's super fresh and the bread is from their own bakery. The restaurant is also great, we recommend the sourdough pizza. ”

“It was off season and they put me in a room with a broken shower… I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a bed and a shower, so they failed on half of that. ”

“Room - smelled of pets, bed had hairs in it, bedcover & pillow had stains on it, shower did not drain and shower curtain dirty also grime in the corners of the bathroom, not even one hook to hang a jacket or any clothing on and both bedside plug ins or bedside lamps did not work. Other than that the room had been freshly painted, exterior door was new, grounds were nice and check-in guy was friendly. Good for RVs not for motel stay. ”

“Booked hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed for painting. Why on one of the busiest family weekends of the year? Unaware hotel allows pets. Ran into a dog the size of a small horse in the hallway. Makes me wonder how many accidents, pet hair, etc gets left. Room had a lot of wear & tear in the bathroom & every door frame was beat up. Flat pillows. TV had few subscribed stations & those were old shows. Staff not overly friendly. Room done up (not cleaned) very late in the day. On a...

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”
