“Friendly staff great room with amazing view of Onati”

“The walls in the room must be very thin, we could hear every noise, people in room next to our bed headboard talked until the sun came up, unfortunately they were loud and sounded intoxicated but all night and there was no way to not hear them, plus in the bathroom you could hear the next room when someone was using the toilet sink or shower, was gross. Also hallway noise came straight in! The restaurant here is the worse food on our vacation, over priced and not fresh. Salmon and salads looked...

Camere spaziose, letti comodi e molto grandi, atmosfera molto accogliente.”

“Scarsa accoglienza. Non conoscenza di lingue straniere. Difficoltà nel trasferimento dei bagagli. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Prima colazione appena sufficiente. Struttura dell'hotel gradevole.”

“Everything was exactly as described. The space is perfect for a couple and the view of LaConcha was beautiful. The host communicated well and check in/out was super easy. Hopefully we can come visit again!”

“Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful view. Lovely space. Comfortable and cozy. So close to everything - the beach, shops, amazing restaurants. The host made everything easy and was so gracious. Parking was available close by which was key. We just never wanted to leave the amazing balcony. One of the best views I've ever had. Totally true to the pictures in the listing which so many aren't. Two very very small suggestions. Coffee maker was confusing. Unable to make it work. Could include...
