“Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. “We didn’t have a chance to really investigate the hotel completely or take advantage as much as we would’ve liked to have as we were just there one evening. But what a great place the staff at the desk was wonderful, welcoming, and friendly.
Our room was great, spacious and clean
We actually didn’t end up using the shower, but it was gorgeous. The breakfast coming in the shoebox was a lot of fun.”

“Refreshments were nice upon arrival . Loved the mango water at breakfast and the staff yhwt made the lemon water was very helpful . Kitchen staff at breakfast was also so nice. All was quiet and comfortable. Could have a dark roast at bfast lol but was glad ro have good coffee”

“Everything was wonderful. Clean, working as expected, comfortable,. Breakfast was lovely.
My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt.
