“So far the worst place I’ve stayed, room was full of roaches, and bed had bed bugs. The restrooms were dirty, and the door handle was broken to the entrance so we couldn’t get out until we used pliers to twist the door handle.”

“This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

“Nice, clean, safe, well kept”

“Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. The hotel and our room was for the most part clean but there was a foul odor coming from the restroom when we entered the room. It seem to be coming from the drain in the tub, but I'm not sure. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't bother to...

“Horrible Marijuana smell all night long, it was like it was coming through the A/C vent. Burn holes in the blankets on the beds, it was gross.”

“Beautiful view of the ocean. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was beautifully designed, however there were a few problems. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The bathtub wasn’t clean. We were only there for one night, so didn’t use the pool. We could see it from our window and the kids and parents were having a great time.”

“Our weekend stay was good. The mattress was way too firm for our liking, didn't get our best nights sleep due to that. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well, staff was friendly and welcoming.”
