Hotel vicino a Heights Shopping Center - Vancouver

“Great place to stay. Rooms are big, clean, and staff was nice. Breakfast was good too!”

“Room was clean and quiet / Staff was wonderful / All amenities close at 10pm - It would be better if they were available 24 hours/ The food was great / I liked the background noise in the halls / The landscaping was beautiful / The hotel was clise to shopping and restaurants / Would absolutely book again.”

“Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . ”

“When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly. Hot tub wasn’t working correctly which was a little frustrating but obviously out of their control. Breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast but there were many choices! Would stay there again! ”

“Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. ”

“Già al tuo arrivo nella hall ti sembra di entrare in un albergo di grado molto superiore: l’arredamento raffinato, i grandi spazi, la doppia presenza alla reception. La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. Unici piccoli nei: la mancanza di attaccapanni, di luggage rack e di carta Scottex in cucina. Il personale è stato molto gentile e molto utile è la presenza di bar e di una cucina sempre...

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Rooms are outdated and not clean. Window was wide open when we got there with a fully ripped screen (the room had an odd smell so I’m guessing they were trying to air it out). Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. ”
