“Comfy beds! Clean rooms. They didn’t have a shuttle available so they called me an uber and I was at the airport in no time! Security felt a little lax to me given that you could enter the hotel from the market side or the main entrance. I would have felt better if you had to have a key to get in the elevator. I was traveling alone and didn’t love that. Everything else about the stay was perfect!”

“Già al tuo arrivo nella hall ti sembra di entrare in un albergo di grado molto superiore: l’arredamento raffinato, i grandi spazi, la doppia presenza alla reception. La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. “Room 220 was well kept and the housekeeping people did a grest job cleaning the room every 2 days. My grandson loved the indoor pool which is somewhat heated (3-5 degrees warmer would be better!) Its too bad they no longer offer a manager's reception. I asked and was told they stopped it during covid. Park at your own risk here! Car dings can & do happen and management says they are not responsible or even willing to look up who was driving the offending car when given a very specific...
