“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“Location is convenient and staff are friendly / helpful. The negatives are lack of air conditioning during the summer. Tough during the heatwave. Also, we had to wait 2.5 hours for check in when we arrived as they weren’t able to finish cleaning until almost 7 pm.”

“É una casa di riposo per anziani (la maggior parte in carrozzella o con problemi di deambulazione). Le camere che non sono occupate dagli anziani ospiti vengono vendute agli esterni. Non va bene, cercate un altra sistemazione, non venite qui.”

Parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. Abbiamo usufruito di accesso a centro sportivo Bodelibad, ottima soluzione per wellness e nuoto, grande benefit”

“hotel storico di inizio 900, in buona posizione con bella vista sulle montagne. Le aree comuni sono fascinose e ben arredate. Le camere sono invece vecchiotte... mal insonorizzate e con cadute di tono (peccato). Il servizio è buono. La cucina è appena discreta: ci si aspetterebbe maggiore qualità.”

“Overall is a nice hotel in an historic building; the surrounding area is really beautiful with a covered bridge almost in front. The services provided are limited, some of the furniture outdate (some is actually vintage and it’s nice). Breakfast buffet is good but a bit limited”

“We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station.”
