“After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. “Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space).
