“After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. “Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”
