Gentilissimo, siamo stati accolti benissimo e ci ha dato preziosi consigli sul nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo dormito molto bene, materasso comodo, tutto molto pulito. Bagno pulito e fornito di tutto. “Mario has built an oasis in the heart of Brussels. Our room (#2) was large and full of light. Breakfast was made to order and the coffee fresh brewed. Make sure the taxi driver knows you're headed to #12 and that it's not a hotel. Don't be fooled by the scene as you come from the airport...the location is perfect!”

“They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam ”
