“The balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. I will stay there again.”

“Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. “If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!”
