“Un po' di Francia a Petaluma. Hotel dallo stile francese, distante un km da downtown petaluma, una delle città più vivibili a nord di san francisco. Tutto perfetto, ma può essere che non a tutti possa piacere la colazione. Ci sono delle tortine (disponibili tutto il giorno), crepes con marmellata o nutella, thè di diversi tipi (ne ricordo uno al mango), caffè”

“Ugly rooms, door wouldn’t lock, virtual reception person with difficult to understand accent, large deposit required in advance against smoking properties in room (not yet refunded), iffy location. Need I go on?”

“The room we stayed in had significant damage to the bathtub, missing chunks of the tub finish, giving big rusted, rough spots. We ended up avoiding the shower all together because of it. Fortunately it was just 1 night stay. Walls in the bathroom were pretty dirty, like they hadn't been wiped down for several weeks. Room Walls extremely thin, we could here the neighboring room person clearing their throat, shifting around in their bed, and sneezing all night long long, as if they were in the...

“Yeah even with motel level standards this was probably the WORST motel I’ve stayed in. Front desk was completely lackluster, which pretty much describes the front office AND the employees. If that wasn’t a red flag in itself, the rooms were DIRTY. Stains on walls, chipping paint etc…The bed was at least clean though. And there was a lady singing in her room all night.”

“Staff Courteous and polite , checking in and checking out . like the on site parking . I requested downstairs room and the desk made one available . The motel was near places of business I wanted to go to .”

“The room is so clean and so nice the breakfasts were really nice not just a Danish and coffee make your own waffles you have eggs sausage yogurt oatmeal and it's all free the staff is very accommodating I will definitely be staying there from now on when I come to town”

“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
