“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“Their Wi-Fi sucks. I was never able to connect. Their bath towels are small and thin.Need three to be completely dry but only had two.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“We spent 4 nights here. The rooms were ok but a little noisy at times. What we really didn’t like was the lack of hot water. I was able to get it hot enough in the shower to take a shower, but the water in the sink was usually luke warm. We liked the pancakes in the breakfast room but the eggs were always cold. My friend and I like hot chocolate and we brought our own but the hot water was always lukewarm unless you also microwaved it. My biggest concern was trying to get staff when you...
