“The bed in Room 206 is sagging, with the head section lower than the rest of the mattress. The rest of the bed is lumpy and caused pressure. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and I woke up with back pain. I hope this can be inspected and repaired or replaced so future guests can have a more comfortable stay.”

“This is an old, dated facility. Upon opening the room door we were hit with a musty odor that cleared after the window was open for awhile. The carpets are stained and, in some places, threadbare. The bathroom sink had some weird stains that had obviously been there a long time and it appeared that someone had cut themselves with what looked like droplets of blood down the wall by the mirror (entranceway) with more drops on the carpet. “Better than some hotels but breakfast was limited in selection. Unfortunately, not refilled as the morning progressed and the options of bread and pastries were depleted when we went to eat.”

“I love the warm cookies waiting for me at check-in, th Starbucks in the hotel is also a welcome treat. The underground parking is a huge bonus. The location is great….walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, the farmer’s marky, Italian Star deli. Always love staying here when in Regina!”

“The hotel is in a great location and seem to be quite nice. The front desk staff were pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Train your front desk like you do your restaurant staff.”
