“As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. “They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived.
The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. Some of kitchen supplies has been used a lot, pots and dinnerware are no able to use due to not being clean 100%. we had an inconvenience when we checked in but the management and staff was very helpful and fix the situation immediately. we have been coming to this hotel for the...
