Hotel a Hellertown

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“The bathroom needs to be updated not the nicest looking bathroom a lot of rust and mildew.. the staff were great very nice and accommodating to everyone..the breakfast wasn’t bad wish they had a ice machine all the ice machines were down and no water included in the breakfast.. outdoor pool was dirty the water was very cloudy a lot of things floating in it we stood for 3 days and used the pool once because it was dirty.”

“Historical style”

“We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”

“Few people tell me about a lot of complaints of the service before I decided to stay there, but that was the closest at the moment and it’s not a very nice place to stay or sleep…”

“The room was ok not as expected. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, thr mattress was uneven, one can barely sleep. The water was clogging in the bathroom. Glad I said only one night. I cant recommend if u r staying for.more than one night”

“The room was comfortable— nice mattress, good air conditioning, and very hot water. The carpeting could have been cleaner. We did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room, but was pleased it was there. The breakfast did not look appetizing as most hotel breakfast are disappointing, so we opted out and went out for breakfast. The coffee however was wonderful!! The machine freshly ground each individual cup.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”
