“L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

“What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will...

“Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

“Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. ”

“Nothing!! Schmutzig, Schimmelig, Matratzen durchgelegen ( fühlte mich wie eine Banane ). Das 1. Zimmer zur Straße. Laut ohne ende. Statt einer Badezimmer Tür nur ein schmutziges Duschtuch. Das 2. Zimmer am anderen Ende. Schimmel im Zimmer Dusche voll schimmelig. Pflegeprodukte bestand aus einem winzigen Stück Seife. Das Essen nur halb fertig gegart und nicht alles von der Karte zu haben. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Fotos vorhanden von den Mängeln. Ich hätte gern mein...

“Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them”

“The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
