“Very accommodating restaurant staff was super friendly”

“The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.”

“Wonderful stay! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a sewer/dumping station. We managed to get around that with a blue belly.I fully recommend!”

“This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.”

“It was ok, not the cleanest or well maintained hotel. I read online that the pool was closed for renovations I asked the front desk if it was open which they said it was. Definitely not renovated the bottom was dirty and a light fixture was floating in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but we would not stay there again.”
