“Clean room ”

“Robinet defectueux, douche tiede presque froide prise a 5AM le matin, lit comfortable, buffet dejeuner ordinaire et cafe infecte (eau de vaiselle) . Les annees precedentes nous aimions revenir vers chez nous et faire un arret au Comfort Inn Watertown mais cette annee fut tres decevante. ”

“We visit this area regularly and this is the hotel we return to. Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean & comfortable and the breakfast is always good. We don’t use the pool but it looks nice. We will stay here again in the future. ”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, parking was great. Rooms are very nice, beds and pillows are very comfortable. ”

“It’s a clean quiet hotel BUT the beds are a little firm for me personally but other then that no complaints. ”

“Would not recommend, I stayed here previously and things were fine. But this time was not good. Went to take a shower and the water started out brown, then it never got hot. Ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any new roll. The room was questionably clean, and the fitted sheet was on upside down which made me wonder if it was clean or just flipped. And the remote for the TV didn't work. I chose not to stay for breakfast, which didn't even look good, because I don't want to eat...

“Affordable and clean”

“For the most part, our stay was fine, but, bless me, the shower temperature was a hot mess! Every 4 seconds (I counted!), the water temp cycled from dangerously scalding to downright cold. Every. Four. Seconds. And it wasn’t some random issue in our room. We spoke with another guest and they said they experienced the same thing. It was almost rage-inducing. The one other issue we had was that, although there ended up being several inches of snow covering a sheet of ice on the sidewalks,...

“Everything was amazing”

“The sound isolation between rooms seemed to be very bad. At twelve o'clock at night I was woken up by a conversation in the next room. No shouting, just talk which wnt on for hours.”
