“I called to see if I could use the parking lot a few hours early and a grumpy man said absolutely not. When I arrived, I decided to ask one more time and a kind lady was super nice and said yes. She also let me use the restrooms. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only inconvenience was not enough trash cans in the room which I could have asked about.”

“This hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in to the lobby! It has awesome furniture and a welcoming environment. Our rooms were clean, the balcony with the pool view and awesome and it was just all over a great trip. The only complaint I have is that the server for our table of 8 for dinner was not great. I am a server myself, so I take notice to these things. She never really asked for drink orders, just gave everyone water. I'm not sure if it was a speech barrier or something else. ...
