“Friendly staff”

“We have found our go-to hotel in Minneapolis. The Element is modern and convenient. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the light rail which makes it simple to go to the airport or St. Paul. The continental breakfast is outstanding. We particularly liked the yogurt parfait station with yogurt, fruit, nuts and other toppings. All in all, we will always stay at the Element when we visit Minneapolis.”

“This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!”

“What amenities, there aren't any. I really do not like the no housekeeping policy. Especially when you are staying 3 days and they only give you one set of towels. I asked for more and the very friendly front desk staff was eager to please. The front desk staff was really great no matter who we spoke to.
