Bella cabina sul lungomare

La nostra casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è pulita e confortevole con una TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici e Roku. Internet con Wi-Fi è fornito. La casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e splendida vista sul lago. Si trova su Sunset Point sul Mile Marker 4.

C'è un grande lago di pozzo del fuoco per arrostire i marshmallow!

La cucina aperta è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, insieme a piatti, posate, pentole e padelle e una pentola di terracotta. C'è una tavola rotonda in cucina con 4 sedie e un posto per 2 persone per sedersi sulla barra laterale fuori dalla cucina. C'è un tavolo esterno alto appena fuori dal ponte posteriore con 4 sedie alte. Puoi preparare i tuoi pasti in cucina o sul ponte sottostante!

La darsena / solarium è a pochi passi dalla casa con una serie completa di scale con atterraggi in mezzo. C'è uno scivolo per una barca pontone disponibile. C'è una bella sedia all'aperto e un divano con un tavolino sul ponte della darsena. C'è anche una bella griglia se si desidera rilassarsi sul ponte. Abbiamo un sacco di galleggianti per il tuo uso ma ti preghiamo di portare la tua pompa, la baia è tranquilla e facile da rilassare se vuoi solo allontanarti da tutto.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un bagno completo - vasca e doccia separate.

Camera 2 ha due letti a castello

Forniremo lenzuola e asciugamani per la doccia. Si prega di portare i propri asciugamani per nuotare nel lago o imbarcarsi.

Numerosi porti turistici che vendono gas, riparano imbarcazioni, noleggiano barche e wake board sono sul lago Gaston. Abbiamo anche un Lion Food, ABC Store, Ace Hardware e diversi ristoranti sia casual che di alto livello. C'è anche un negozio di droga, Dollar General, Redbox, pizzerie e molte chiese. Inoltre, se ti piace giocare a golf, ci sono alcuni campi da golf vicino alla nostra casa sul lago.

** Dato che la nostra proprietà si trova su una strada tranquilla e privata, ti chiediamo di avere solo 2-3 auto al massimo (+ rimorchi per barche) per ridurre al minimo l'impatto sui vicini **

Lake getaway

It’s exactly as the pictures show. Nice little house, clean and neat. They have a dock with a pontoon boat that you can rent. Everything in one stop. Would recommend.

Great Stay, Wasn't Expecting A Trailer Home

Let me start by staying we had a great stay. The home was very clean, safe and modern inside. It has it's own dock and a nice pontoon boat that could be rented separately. The homeowners were great to deal with. I would consider returning which I think is the best compliment. The only surprise for us is that the home is a trailer, albeit a very large and clean trailer. In fact, we drove past it a few times and had to ask some local neighbors for directions. Once you get over the initial surprise that it is a trailer and not a 'Lakehouse Cabin' as described in the listing, it's actually a good place for a vacation. Again, I would consider a return

Family weekend away

The mobile home on Lake Gaston is not much to look at from the outside but the interior has been updates and is very comfortable. We rented the pontoon for a day and enjoyed cruising the lake.. We took the canoe out a few times to explore the nearby coves. We made stores at the fire put (bring your own wood). The kitchen had enough supplies to make a simple meal. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't jump off the pier into the lake due to the size of the cove. The water in the cove is not suited for swimming but I did lay on a float near the dock.

Stayed here previously. Refurbished was improvement. Wish I could put my boat under cover. Overall was very good.

Great location. Had fun on the lake.

Several maintenance/cleaning chances for improvement. Upon arrival, the coffee maker had not been cleaned and had grounds left in the maker for a considerable amount of time. The coffee maker was left stained and could not be cleaned. A replacement maker is strongly recommended. Dishes, although clean were left in the dishwasher. The outside (gas) grill needed a through cleaning and should be replaced as the defussers are rotted out. People should be warned that the hot and cold water are reversed in at least 2 locations, to include the kitchen sink. It is a great location and offers a outstanding views and lake access, but cleaning and maintenance need to be more closely supervised. The pontoon boat rental was great.

Beautiful views

The lake is beautiful and if you have the opportunity, rent the boat! The trailer needs updating though. Be sure to sit on the deck and sundeck to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. I would recommend this to friends and family for a lovely getaway.

Great time at the lake!

This is very nice property for 4-6 people. Secluded at the end of a small cove. Not far to get out to the main lake. The hosts were awesome and kept in great communication with us. Due to it being at the end of a cove, swimming from the dock was not really an option for us due to shallow water, shade and vegetation. That said, fishing from the dock was great! We also rented their pontoon boat which was in great shape and comparable with marina rental pricing, without needing to go to a marina!

Great weekend getaway.

Home was extremely accessible, perfect home for a quiet weekend getaway with a few friends to relax and unwind. Option to rent the pontoon is a wonderful thing that I noticed not a whole lot of other homes offered. Just to know it’s there is great. Owners were quick and great with getting back with us when we made the decision to take the boat.

Great Location!

Location was great, and more suited for the warmer weather stay. Was not impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. However, it did suit our needs for a work trip.
