“I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel/casino. While I was waiting for the chek in I got approached by security, they asked me for my ID and tried to take a picture of it, after that they asked me for my date of birth. They said I look suspicious.”

“Day staff was great. Night staff needs customer service classes. Rooms could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was good.”

“Room was clean but out dated. Towels were stained had to go buy my own to shower. Carpet was smelly. Staff was rude. Someone on morning shift told my daughter that she couldnt bring her breakfast to the room because “its rats and roaches upstairs”. I went to the front desk for tissue. Saw no one one so I rang the bell. A guy came to the front upset and yelling asking why am I ringing the bell.. He refused to give me tissue for my room because I rang the bell while he was in the back sleep.. Poor...

“The room was very outdated and musty. Our towels were musty and had yellow on them like they were smoked around or just absorbed air odor. The bed was actually very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was great.”

“The room was OK and had comfortable beds. I was very disappointed in the bathroom as it was small and not well cleaned. The grout and edges of the of the floor, around the toilet and baseboard had visible grime and stains, not cleaned well at all. The vanity/sink chrome legs were dirty and rusted. I would not want to be barefoot in there, yuk. The vending machine prices were unreasonably high at $5.50 for a Dasani water and $5.00+ for a regular Hershey bar. There was no ice machine on my floor,...

“We were told by the hotel that we could park in the parking garage next to the hotel and pay for the garage and be fine. Well we did that and got a $50 charge for our rental car saying we had a parking violation.”
