“Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. The please is definitely business friendly. The Olive and Iras dinning experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Omaha. ”

“The staff and room was great, beds were comfy, room was nice! My biggest complaints are the pool. We brought our kids to omaha for the Zoo so we wanted a place with a pool. The pool was very cold, dark and the pool area smelt very musty mildewy. I would not stay here with kids if swimming is a big deal to them! Also the breakfast was a nice selection but it was so busy. They were out of juice glasses, plates etc. we were trying to get out for the zoo but the breakfast time to make...

“I was in room #141. There is a smell in that room....it smells like "wet carpet" as you enter or standing water in the drains...not sure. Other than that thumbs up all around”

“This was a convenient location on our travels East after a long road trip. A bit of mold on the bathtub seam at the tiled wall.”

“Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years.”

“Property location is convenient for exploring Old Market area. Air freshener used throughout hotel was overwhelming and windows in room do not open. ”

“Snack bar is expensive. No fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast included. Not constructed very well. Could hear every footstep from the people above us. Nice for the price. One and done for us.”

“Every thing was great except the parking garage was broken and it took 45 min to get out. Everyone had troubles getting in to park”

“Amazing front desk, Staff! Awesome housekeeping! Quiet! It’s definitely a business hotel with class and elegant by affordable plenty of parking! And the front desk was so kind and hospitable! We had to extend our stay two times and they were able to make it work in the middle of spring break we had a family emergency that they knew nothing about at the front desk and was extremely flexible. I’m so great how they fit my family. ”

“Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. ”
