Hotel vicino a Spring Lake Golf Course - Omaha

“We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.”

“The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. “What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. “Had a great experience with everything”

“I had to add a third night and was told by front desk rate would be $143. Actual charge was $299. Upon checkout desk clerk was unable to help me as there was no manager on duty. Very frustrating.”

“Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!”

“The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on.”

“Overall it was quite good. Parking was about 15 a day in a garage immediately adjacent. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was solid, regular hotel hot breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffle maker, etc). Gym was nice, with several weight machines”
