“Great location to enjoy Omaha city centre. Close by the Old Market area, arenas and night life. This property is in a very structurally sound historic property which was formerly a U.S. Post Office. Parking nearby and accessible to city sites on foot. Comfortable clean rooms and very quiet.”

“There were no microwaves in the rooms, the pool was cold when it was supposed to be heated, the beds were hard as rocks, and there were homeless people living in the stairwells. The breakfast was good though.”

“Service was slow in restaurant on Sunday am. Bathroom not fully clean (hairs noticed from previous guests). Room in good shape. Noisy outside as put me in room right outside elevator!?! Why? ”

“Room and hotel were clean. No free WiFi included. Our room also didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. The water came in and out the entire time we used the hot water. We were refunded some money for this inconvenience. Pool area got dirty towards the end of the evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. ”

“This hotel had a good location. It was relatively close to the airport, and the little millwork area has some good restaurants. Probably a 10 minute walk to Creighton University.I was generally underwhelmed by this property primarily due to the employees. Every question I asked, the primary or initial response was no. One of the reasons I picked the property was because of the airport shuttle. Be mindful that it runs from the hotel every half hour, it doesn’t just come to get you. So we called...

“Facility was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. ”
