“The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. “The good news: the staff was responsive, friendly, thorough, and helpful. The bad news: The parking situation was bad. The road for the hotel was partially closed so getting to the parking garage while dragging luggage through downtown was a big pain. After managing traffic and closures from hotel to garage (15 minutes +), I had to walk a couple blocks, cross at a clearing, and walk back a couple of blocks with a heavy back-pack and suitcase. “This room was just what we needed. The bedrooms are big with a full bath each. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen setup with a full sized table was awesome. The pool was small but clean.”

“This was a very nice hotel. If you’re into exercise, each room has exercise balls, yoga, mats, and other equipment. The pool was nice. Breakfast was very good. And there’s games in the main area for you to play. Great location in downtown Omaha.”
