“The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. People came in way after us and were checked in instantly but we waited for almost 2hours. The initial reception that received us...

“The property itself was a wonderful redo of an old building. The architecture with exposed brick and concrete beams added to the uniqueness of the property. The entire staff was amazing, helpful and always cheerful. We took advantage of their wonderful shuttle service to go to every event we were attending. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Loved this hotel for the amenities, size of the rooms, which included a sizeable sofa, under the bed lighting, & more. The location was also great. Close to downtown & in an area with walkable restaurants.”

“This room was just what we needed. The bedrooms are big with a full bath each. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen setup with a full sized table was awesome. The pool was small but clean.”

“This was a very nice hotel. If you’re into exercise, each room has exercise balls, yoga, mats, and other equipment. The pool was nice. Breakfast was very good. And there’s games in the main area for you to play. Great location in downtown Omaha.”

“Chlorine was so bad the kids only played in the pool for 15 minutes. Eyes burning and an asthma attack later we had to leave.”
