“A charming old building renovated into an attractive, fully-updated hotel with all the essential amenities. Hotel staff was excellent, both helpful and friendly. There was also a nice bar/lounge that doubled as a dining area, and a comfortable lobby sitting area up front. This hotel was also well-located near the heart of downtown, a reasonable walk to just about everything.”

“Dog on my floor that was barking a lot. Was told they try to keep dogs off 3rd floor - I b was on the second floor. Big step to get onto shower- not great for an older person,”

“Did not like that you had to pay for parking on top of your hotel room fee. Staff was excellent but parking options not so great.”

“We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable.”

“The room was quiet and clean enough. I cleaned it a little more when I checked in. The AC unit dripped water constantly, I put a bucket down to catch the water. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day!?! And they didn't show up on my 3rd day, I had to get towels from the front desk. And that's wallpaper, not real brick.”

“It's was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick get me checked in. Excellent internet connection except I had trouble getting login. Lady down stairs help me with the internet. Big thank you. Nice shower and nice big t.v.. Only thing I didn't like was no free breakfast and coffee machine couldn't get it going. That's okay. Thanks.”

“Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.”

“Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.”

“This was a hidden gem of a place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hall carpet on the 8th floor. It was stained and desperately needed cleaning. Other than the carpet, what a wonderful place to stay in Midtown Omaha!”
