“Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2...

“Everyone nice. Rooms are nice for the price and not being "corporate." This is definitely a family owned place, thus, the reason for staying here in comparison to giving money to corporate. Some issues with keyless entry and elevator but not a deal breaker. Some rooms are getting renovated.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Another great stay at Brookside for us! We love coming here in the winter to just get away in one of the honeymoon suites. Relaxing in front of the fire in a clean and spacious room is a delight. We will make it back here one of these days in the summer to enjoy the pool!😀”
