“Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and very spacious. There was a large fridge and nespresso machine. The only thing was the lights by the bed were like spot lights and too bright.”

“Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.”

“Room was clean and parking was plenty and easy to find. Breakfast was ok, it didn’t change from one day to the next but it’s a quick place to grab something before going about your adventures. The free trolley to take you all over Gatlinburg is right in front of the hotel. It’s very close to the places to go to such as Annekesta and skypark. Not too far away either from the trails of Smokey Mountain National Park”

“Staff was wonderful. Room was large and clean with two sinks. Parking was wonderful with a spot for our car and u-haul. Walking distance to all the attractions and Sky Bridge. Quiet room. Our fire alarm needed a new battery when we arrived and the staff came immediately to fix it. My only complaint was that the water didn’t drain from the shower very well so I had to stand in water while I showered. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.”

“Our room was very clean! We loved how close it was to everything. The only complaint I would have is that they don’t have “ shower chairs” on property. There weren’t any accessible rooms available for our dates so we booked the regular suite room. My husband is an amputee and must set down while showering. In the past when this has happened the hotels have had extra shower chairs that they would leave in the room for us or hand us one at the front desk. I left a message when booking and...

“Comfortable beds but very noisy outside lots of cars with the alarms going off. Pool is in the basement giving it a sketchy feel, spooky for single ladies Breakfast was good fresh fruit,waffles, variety of cereal,eggs,chicken patties. Location not great. Didn't realize it's on a back street.”
