The property is well maintained. The REAL breakfast at the Heirloom House was included each day and a real sit down, order from the menu, upscaled restaurant. They serve dinner and drinks as well. Excellent customer service there too. If you need anything like ice or water or towels, it's only a text message away and...

“Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly”

“Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. ”
