“Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

“I was greeted by two lovely ladies who helped me check in. I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel...

Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the very beginning. On the night of my arrival, I asked a question to the person at the front desk, and the response I received was unfriendly and quite rude, which created a poor first impression. When I entered my room, I was greeted by a strong smell of mold and dampness that made the stay uncomfortable. However, it was already late at night, and after a long trip, we had no choice but to stay and get some rest. We remained in that...

“About the only bad thing is 2am thumping from vehicles going down main roads waking people up, but that’s not the hotel’s fault but law enforcement needs to take care of that , maybe your hotel and others in the area could say something to law enforcement to take care of this problem. Otherwise great time, staff were awesome, we will be back thanks.”
