Nestled in secluded, gated grounds with breathtaking River Wye views, our cottage offers a unique experience with vibrant neon decor, eclectic art, and a private garden fit for all occasions.

The space
As you approach The Insta Cottage, follow the concrete path to the side entrance through a charming conservatory extension. Step inside, and you’re welcomed into a versatile chill/work zone. On your left, there’s a mini office complete with a desk and workspace, perfect for mixing relaxation with a touch of productivity.

Adjacent to the work zone is the cosy "man cave," featuring a comfortable leather armchair rich with history and a deck of playing cards fit for royalty. This warm, inviting space is ideal for unwinding.

Pass through the double doors into the expansive open-plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen boasts a large central island, perfect for entertaining and culinary adventures. The living room, tucked into its own cosy corner, features a neon "Welcome to the Jungle" sign, an old-school foosball table, and a chill-out mini sofa.

Next to the double doors leading to the garden, you'll find the main shower room with a toilet and sink—a space designed to refresh and rejuvenate.

Before heading upstairs, step outside through the double doors to discover a cosy outdoor space with two wooden benches, a table, and a grey storage box filled with firewood, lighters, and cushions. The red cushions are perfect for the egg chair, while the colourful ones brighten up the tucked-away hot tub area. A stone-level area is ready for BBQs—bring your own grill until our new setup arrives in summer 2025.

Follow the path down to the hot tub, where you’ll find a quirky pink and blue table with a flamingo neon light—ideal for unwinding. Don’t miss the stunning sunset views from the front of the house or just outside the gates, where the River Wye reflects the day’s last light.

Now, let’s head upstairs...

The cottage offers three uniquely decorated bedrooms. Room 1 features a cosy king-size bed, a full-length mirror, a clothes rail, and a fluffy chair, creating a comfortable and stylish retreat. Room 2 also has a king-size bed with luxurious hotel-quality sheets, a spacious closet, and a dressing table. Room 3 has a small double bed, comfortably accommodating two adults, with ample storage space.

The upstairs bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a bathtub—a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Quirky decor throughout the property adds to the unique charm and character of the home, making it a memorable stay for all.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all areas of The Insta
Our cosy cottage requires a minimum stay of two nights to ensure our guests have ample time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

However, if you're looking for a one-night stay, we'd be happy to accommodate you! Please contact us directly to discuss availability and special pricing for shorter stays.

You will have full access to the entire Cottage, except for one restricted zone.

The only off-limits area is down the slope in front of the house near the parking spot. You'll notice barrels marking the spot, indicating it’s not for guest use. This area includes a large container and the tap for the water hose, which should not be accessed unless we’ve discussed it with you and given permission.

Rest assured, the hot tub will be filled and ready for your arrival, with clear instructions provided for your relaxation. Enjoy everything else the property has to offer!

Before booking, please note that The Insta Cottage is a special experience we’ve meticulously designed and curated. We ask that you treat the home with the same care and respect that we’ve put into making it unique. Our high deposit reflects our commitment to maintaining this space, and while we understand that accidents can happen, we appreciate your transparency.

If anything goes wrong, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and maintain open communication.

This is a new concept we’re excited to bring to Wales, and we want every guest to enjoy it. To help us ensure a smooth stay for everyone, we keep a detailed inventory before each guest’s arrival. Our pantry is stocked with essentials, including salt, pepper, sunflower oil for cooking, and some amazing Polish seasoning that our family swears by. Please use only what you need from these supplies.

There are ample supplies under the kitchen sink and enough toilet rolls in each bathroom. For your coffee and tea needs, please use only the items in the labelled glass jars, including the decaf options. Coffee pods will also be provided in the welcome basket, along with some additional goodies.
