“I was really excited about the hot tub and pool, but unfortunately they were not what I expected. The room view was also disappointing compared to what I had hoped for. I do want to give credit where it’s due—the front desk staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made a great first impression and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my interactions with the rest of the staff were not as pleasant, as they came across as somewhat...

“Loved the location. Our problem was the rooms are not very well insulated - noise from the next room and carts going down the hall early morning woke us up. Also, the AC fan was so loud we had to turn it off at night to sleep.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place was so great I had to. Throughout our stay, the hotel manager, Demetrious, even texted us to make sure we were enjoying our visit.The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We stayed from the end of May through early June, and the team made sure we were always well stocked with towels, toiletries, and anything else we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

“I had been staying at this hotel for many years, However many services have changed, not friendly front desk staff, I had to inquire about parking procedures and breakfast, the room was okay but noisy from the hallway and outside noise couldn’t sleep, the breakfast buffet had gone down, no omelette station and no fresh fruit, plates, cup and utensils were disposable. Parking had improved considerably, no hanging tags anymore and easy access to get in and out. Not sure if I would stay here again.”

“This is a brand new hotel and it is wonderful! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back!”

“The room was clean But the coffee pot had grounds and mold , still had coffee in the pot. The mini fridge has milk in it and was filthy. Downstairs looked like it was falling apart, had areas taped off. The swimming pool has no railings for getting in or out. The ladder the had did not have any steps to get out I will not be returning”

“I tried to cancel my stay there because the hotel looked nothing like it does online. Lots of mess around the hotel and not very clean on the inside. Staff was not very helpful either in helping cancel my stay.”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”
