“Our flight arrived later than we were expecting and by the time we left the airport, picked up our rental car and grabbed dinner, we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am. Check-in was super easy. I called to give a heads up of our late arrival and the gentleman at the front counter knew who I was right when I walked in and had everything ready to go.
