“No A/C in the room. Called staff in and they turned off the heater and brought us a small desk fan. We were told “You have a fan anyway so it shouldn’t be warm.” There were three of us in the room with one small desk fan. We all had a hard time sleeping.”

“The room was lovely with plenty of storage and big towels. Breakfast was very good, and staff were very helpful.”

“Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back.”

“Front desk does not tell which way to go for elevator to roo.. ask for another pullow or blanket to useas pillow. They only have three smaller pillows for two adults. ”

“Crappy service.. Not impressed. Computers not working on check in and took almost half an hour to finally access our room. Then on check out , again systems not working. Took almost 2 hours to refund room deposit ! Not very happy with the experience ”

“Great option as it is right on the walkway to the water. Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Lounge and Restaurant. We ate at both the Restaurant and Lounge and the food was really good, pricey but good.”
