Hotel vicino a Heron Ridge Golf Club - Virginia Beach

“We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts.”

“I loved everything about this place except for the parking. Do not park across the road or you will get a hefty parking ticket. The house is really lovely and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy .... i had the bottom ocean view room and I LOVED IT !!!!!”

“Not for fun or vacay stay...most units filled by locals & will complain about noise. Thin walls & older facility. Decent enough to stay a night but we checked out early. Walking distance to beach tho.”

“The room was okay, as you get what you pay for as they say. It could use a good cleaning, but not filthy. The beds were great. Some noise from the neighbors next door arguing, but really a quiet place other that. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was only cold cereal, bagels with light plain cream cheese, small muffins, coffee and juice. One morning there were no napkins so I asked the front desk for napkins and she said she had to wait for the manager to go get some more. For me...

“The person at the front desk was rude to everything I asked. They charged me $35 for parking and I had to park three blocks away. There's no elevator, not all the rooms face the beach, and the hotel structure is old and rusty.”

“There were men hanging out in front of the room doors and the restroom was nasty as well as spider webs hanging from the light to the wall”

“Een uitstekende hotel, op loopafstand van de beach en het centrum. De suite was groot , schoon en up. To date ingericht. De medewerkers verleenden super goede service, gevraagd en ongevraagd. De kamers waren schoon, de wifi zeer goed en qua geluid weinig tot geen overlast. Parkeren is wel een uitdaging, maar dat gaf wel ruimte en plaats( anderen durfden het niet aan).”

“The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.”

“Old hotel but renovated. The room was clean. Furniture had scratches. Pool was small. Beds were hard. Bathroom was updated. Great access to the boardwalk and beach!!! They let us stay parked there after checkout, long as we left before new checkins began.”
