The place was nice but knowing there was someone downstairs was very creepy. We were watching tv when we heard the person downstairs and it was like that person was standing at the door listening. He was sneezing and coughing and frankly we got scared. I felt like our privacy was invaded. Also, there needs to be a bigger couch in the living room because only 3 people could be watching tv and we wanted to relax. The house was in a good area for me.

I would love to give this property 5 stars but sadly can’t.

This house was incredibly clean, except for the upstairs carpet being wet (property manager mentioned they had an issue with the washing machine) this wet carpet led to a musty mildew smell for our entire stay. Also property is listed as entire house and that’s not completely accurate. When we entered we heard voices and found out this house has a basement unit that we didn’t know about and the basement has access into the home. Property manager assured that they did not have access to our rental but I still didn’t like that I was not aware of this before hand. Other than those issues we had no issues with property and there was even fresh crumble cookies waiting for us at check-in.
