“I was very disappointed about our room. It smelled like cigarettes. I should have reported it and exchange the room but I was so tired, and I was just staying one night. The next day all my clothes smelled like cigarettes. I did reported it at the front desk when I checked out. ”

“The AC and safe in the room were not working properly. A professional associate arrived with in 10 minutes and corrected the problems. And, (now this is funny) I had a terrible problem with a dress zipper .... going to my nephew’s wedding and my husband could not figure it out. I called the front desk to ask if a lady was available to help since my husband could not figure out this problem. She arrived in 2 minutes or less....and was able to zip the dress....I was very appreciative of...

“Bed was above average as hotel beds go. They popped a $20 a night parking fee on me at the desk, which was pretty lame. The desk people were pretty average, even slightly annoying and unhelpful. The "Fitness Center" was about 90 percent cardio with very little else. They could have easily taken out half the cardio equipment and replaced it with anaerobic machines. On Expedia it said it would be $139/night but it ended up being $200/night. Next time I stay in SLC I'll probably be staying...
