“The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and even looked nice. The HVAC worked very well for both heating and cooling, and was not too loud. The bathroom was large and the tub and shower even had 3 different sprayers, two were handheld. The technician was awesome, and explained the whole TV problem. And after learning we were staying there because it wasn't far from the clinic where I had received a medical procedure and needed to mostly stay off my feet for 48 hours, he got two of...

“Long term live in tenants. Dogs barking at night. People in and out slamming doors and talking very loudly in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink clogged. Floors not clean. Tile missing. Baseboards missing. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Stains on walls. Paint chipping from cabinets. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Towels smelled of mildew. Felt unsafe from the long term tenants that lived in building and strangers in parking lot.”

“This is the only one I stay at when I go up north and it was great again. The only thing that was an issue is my internet kept knocking me off and for some reason, this specific Hampton has crappy internet services. But other than that, everything is a plus! Please change the name to Michelle on this, not Steven!”

“Free breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. The only thing I will say that it would have been nice to hang out at the lobby bar and watch some sports but no sound was being displayed on the TV. ”

“This place was really nice for the price. You get a whole kitchenette and the place is very clean. You would expect a motel situation for the price but you get a solid hotel for pretty cheap. Would stay again. ”

“The breakfast was very convenient and good.Parking was great. Loved the fact they have such a comfortable lobbu with lots of tables, pool table and tv's. ”

“Staff took FOREVER to show up anytime you needed something. Including a huge wait on them just to check in. We tried to use the hot tub and it was so dirty and gross we were afraid to get in. Doesn't seem it ever gets regularly cleaned. It also is nonsmoking but everything smells of smoke.”
