"The Resort is very beautiful and perfect if you have kids, especially small once: a lot of activities to do for them! Staff is very helpful and nice and all the restaurants inside are very nice!! Our room was unfortunately very loud (garden view bungalow) even if I asked to have a quiet place, they put us in a joint room. With a small baby that goes to sleep at 8pm it’s not ideal to hear everything in the opposite room until midnight. Everything inside the resort is quite expensive so be aware of it when you book."

"Un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Karteros Hotel di Creta Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno al Karteros Hotel e ciò che ci ha colpito fin dal nostro arrivo è stata la splendida accoglienza di tutto il personale. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e cortesi, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, dimostrando grande attenzione verso gli ospiti durante tutta la permanenza. Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e confortevoli, con una bellissima vista sul mare che rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Ottima anche la ricca colazione internazionale, varia e abbondante, ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata. La posizione è davvero comoda: la spiaggia si raggiunge in pochi minuti e nei dintorni si trovano numerosi ristoranti dove poter gustare la cucina locale. Inoltre, l’hotel rappresenta un’ottima base per visitare le bellezze di Creta, trovandosi a breve distanza dal celebre Palazzo di Cnosso. Un hotel che consigliamo per l’accoglienza, la cortesia del personale, la pulizia, la posizione e la splendida atmosfera. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!"

"Le receptionist super disponibili ed educate, i camerieri e gli chef altrettanto. Vorrei elogiare le signore delle pulizie, super attente e cortesi con gli ospiti, che ogni giorno facevano il loro lavoro al top. L’hotel è molto bello, camera spaziosa, bella e confortevole la jacuzzi. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi la poca varietà del cibo, ma per il resto tutto ottimo."
