The Space:
The villa is spread across two levels—ground floor and first floor—connected by a beautiful marble staircase.

Ground floor:
This level features a spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, both furnished with high-quality, contemporary pieces. A comfortable room with a double bed is also available on the ground floor for your convenience. The open-plan design enhances comfort and functionality, while a convenient WC serves this floor.

There are two elegant dining areas: one in the kitchen and another in the living room, where guests can enjoy meals with views of either the lush green backyard or the sparkling blue pool. The floor connects to the main entrance at the front and the pool area at the back, while also opening onto a generous 20 sq. m balcony with stunning views.

First Floor:
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms each offer breathtaking sea views, the luxury of a private en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning in every bedroom for maximum comfort. Two of the bedrooms feature private 20 sq. m balconies—perfect for enjoying mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets. The third bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling glass window, allowing for uninterrupted views of the landscape down to the sea, even from the comfort of the bed.

There's also a nearby gas station for added convenience. Several beautiful beaches are within easy reach, including Hersonissos, Limanakia, and Liakouri, all just 3 km away, Gefiri, Sarantaris, and Anissaras beaches are located at 4 km. Hersonissos and its surroundings offer an abundance of attractions catering to every kind of traveler. For families and adventure-seekers, Star Beach Water Park (4km) and Acqua Plus Water Park (3km) are must-visit destinations, offering thrilling slides, pools, and water activities, perfect for both kids and adults. Another family-friendly attraction is Dinosauria Park (9km), where life-sized dinosaur replicas and interactive exhibits make learning about prehistoric creatures fun and engaging. However, renting a car is highly recommended if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area. Public transportation can be inconvenient for larger groups, and distances in Crete are significant.

Other Things to Note:
Although we love children, the villa may not be suitable for infants, as it does not have specific safety features designed for them.

Additionally, the house is equipped with central heating, making it a comfortable choice year-round, even for a winter stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Although I am not often on-site as I live and work in Athens, a wonderful middle-aged couple of housekeepers resides in a separate, off-limits apartment within the property. They are responsible for daily maintenance, ensuring everything is in top condition.

Their presence is very discreet, as they primarily work early in the morning to take care of the **property, pool cleaning, general maintenance, and garden watering**. However, they are always available if you need any **assistance, service, or local information** during your stay.
