This 5-bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 kids in its modern and minimal interiors.

Inside, Luxury Villa Alba by Estia is set over 3 floors. The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes an airy and spacious, air-conditioned living area with satellite, smart TV, dining area, a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen and a useful WC.

On the upper floor, you will find an en-suite double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned, that shares a family bathroom. On this floor, there is also a utility room the with washing machine and iron facilities.

On the lower floor, there is a large open-plan living area with billiard and a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms (one of them is air-conditioned) and a shower room.
To guarantee maximum comfort to the guests, we have set the maximum occupancy to 8 adult guests, even there are more beds.

Outside, the villa offers a large private swimming pool (32 sqm., depth: 1.50m) with sunloungers, beautiful gardens with lawn, trees and flowers, and a BBQ with outdoor dining area.
